Elle rassemble toutes les donn\u00e9es de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 cod\u00e9es MedDRA provenant de diverses sources, notamment les effets ind\u00e9sirables cliniques et post-commercialisation, les rapports d&#039;\u00e9valuation clinique et clinique (ICSR) et les rapports agr\u00e9g\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les bases de donn\u00e9es modernes sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des m\u00e9dicaments permettent de nombreuses fonctions automatis\u00e9es et en temps r\u00e9el pour le traitement et l&#039;analyse des donn\u00e9es de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, notamment le codage automatis\u00e9, la v\u00e9rification automatis\u00e9e de la validit\u00e9 et des doublons, le suivi et la soumission automatis\u00e9s des dossiers. Elles facilitent l&#039;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 vos donn\u00e9es et vous offrent \u00e9galement des rapports en temps r\u00e9el, des tableaux de bord et des analyses b\u00e9n\u00e9fices-risques.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;utilisation de bases de donn\u00e9es de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 valid\u00e9es, hautement configurables et flexibles, bas\u00e9es sur le cloud, est en plein essor. Il s&#039;agit de syst\u00e8mes s\u00e9curis\u00e9s, conformes et valid\u00e9s, conformes \u00e0 la structure E2B de l&#039;ICH.<\/p>\n<p>Il est vrai que la PV est une fonction hautement r\u00e9glement\u00e9e, cependant, il est important de disposer de processus efficaces et d\u2019outils fiables pour le stockage des donn\u00e9es et la d\u00e9tection des signaux.<\/p>\n<p>De nombreux titulaires d&#039;AMM renoncent \u00e0 mettre \u00e0 niveau leurs syst\u00e8mes et logiciels de pharmacovigilance, faute d&#039;avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une \u00e9quipe informatique interne offrant un service complet de gestion de bases de donn\u00e9es de pharmacovigilance, incluant la migration, la configuration et la maintenance continue des donn\u00e9es.
